Join SwellWomen for 9 nights of surf for all levels, island magic and culture, and soulful living in Siargao — one of the most legendary surf destinations in Southeast Asia.
This surf & yoga retreat is designed for those who want more than just a surf holiday. It's for women who want to find their feet (and their fins) in warm tropical water, feel wild and free in their bodies, and experience the kind of reset that only a remote island, consistent waves, and a community of like-minded women can give.
Located at Punta Punta Point in General Luna — just minutes from the world-famous Cloud 9 break — you'll surf warm, crystal-clear Pacific waters surrounded by swaying palms and the unhurried rhythm of island life. Siargao is home to over 20 surf breaks, making it a genuine paradise for every level.
What makes this location truly special is its secret-but-central position: close enough to the best waves and restaurants of General Luna, yet tucked away in a quiet, locals-only pocket that feels like a world of its own. The only sounds you'll hear from your open-sky shower? Roosters crowing and waves rolling in.
Punta Punta Surf Retreat sits directly on the water with a plunge pool overlooking the Pacific, giving you a front-row seat to the surf — and the most stunning sunsets of your life.
This is one of the best-kept secrets in Southeast Asian surf travel. And now it's yours.
Six of the nine days (you can always add more) begins in the ocean with guided surf sessions led by expert local instructors who know every break on the island — including the ones that won't show up on a map. Whether you're catching your very first wave or chasing your first tube, you'll be in the right hands.
But this retreat goes well beyond the water.
Between sessions, your body, mind, and spirit are held through a full range of experiences designed to drop you into the island — and into yourself:
Daily yoga — to open, restore, and reconnect to your body after every surf session
Massage — two full-body massages included in your retreat package, because your body is working hard out there and deserves to be taken care of. Consider it a non-negotiable part of your recovery.
Tibetan Sound Healing — let the resonance of ancient bowls wash over you, releasing what the waves couldn't and settling you into a deep, cellular rest
Arts Weaving Workshop — slow down, get creative, and connect with local Filipino craft traditions in a hands-on experience that's as grounding as it is beautiful
Mam-on Island Boat Trip (Big Bangka) — hop on a traditional Filipino bangka boat and spend a day exploring the pristine white sand shores and crystal waters of Mam-on Island. Pure magic.
North Island Excursion — venture beyond General Luna to discover the wilder, quieter side of Siargao — coconut groves, secluded spots, and the kind of scenery that reminds you why you came
This retreat is designed so that real progression happens — not just in the water, but in yourself. You'll go home saltier, softer, and more alive than when you arrived.
Punta Punta Surf Retreat is unlike anywhere you've ever laid your head. Think oceanfront glamping — elevated. With comfortable beds, ocean views, private balconies, open-sky showers, organic linen, and a plunge pool steps from the Pacific, this is "roughing it" in the most luxurious sense of the word.
From glamping tents with sea breezes and tropical views or glamping bungalows with 360° glass windows and rotating glass doors that bring the whole island inside. It's boutique, intimate, and designed to celebrate the salty, simple life.
Meals are a love language here. The Punta Café serves plant-based, island-inspired, locally-sourced cuisine that tastes as good as it makes you feel — organic juices, cold brew coffees, nourishing breakfasts that go all day, and a four-course community dinner to gather around together. Moonrise cocktails by the bonfire are non-negotiable.

Yogi, Art Director and DJ, Ligia seeks the magic of living in the present moment through multiple channels of inspiration. Her yoga practice focuses in combining fun and dinamic sequences accompanied by healing music, using tools such as instruments, tibetan sound bowls, reiki and breathwork. Her main purpose is to share the practice of asana to every level of practitioner and to invite them to apply yogic philosophy in our modern world.
Her personal practice is Ashtanga Yoga which has created a strong awareness in alignment and purifying the physical body through movement. But she also loves to teach vinyasa flow, rocket yoga and yin.
Lulu has spent over two decades guiding women back to themselves—to their truth, their inner knowing, and lives that feel aligned and deeply their own. As the owner of SwellWomen, Lulu brings together the ocean, yoga, adventure, and transformational healing and coaching to create immersive retreats and virtual experiences where women reconnect, restore, and remember who they are.
A former globe-trotting corporate executive, entrepreneur, and private chef, Lulu brings a rich tapestry of worldly experience to her work. As a certified yoga teacher, Reiki Master, and KAP Facilitator, she blends deep wisdom with playful spirit, creating spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and step back into their lives with more presence and trust.
To Lulu, the ocean teaches surrender, resilience, and pure presence—while yoga and energy work invite a return to balance and deep self-connection. She believes that when we reconnect with ourselves, life becomes richer, more vibrant, and deeply our own.
How do we fit so much into one day in paradise? By taking care of all the details — so you can actually relax and not worry about a thing. The surf schedule shifts with the tides and swell, but here's a taste of what a Swell Day looks like in Siargao:
6:30 am — Coffee & fresh juice
7:00 am — Depart for morning surf session (schedule based on tides and conditions)
10:00 am — Brunch
Midday — Leisure time: plunge pool, hammock, island nap, book a massage or we'll go on one of the planned excursions
5:00 pm — Gentle or Restorative Yoga
6:30 pm — Community dinner
The schedule is built around the ocean — because out here, the tides run the show. Do you need to participate in everything? Absolutely not. We're here to give you options and let you choose what fills your cup on any given day. This is your retreat, and we are here to support whatever brings you maximum bliss.
