This is my 7th Swell Women retreat and hopefully not my last. The owner of Swell Women continues to change with the times and add more interesting locations and offerings along with surfing.

I wholeheartedly recommend a retreat with Lulu—no matter which one calls to you, transformation is inevitable. I joined during a low point in my life, feeling weighed down by fear and overwhelm—even the idea of traveling felt like too much. But the moment I arrived, everything shifted. I felt myself come back to life. The daily surfing, eating amazing healthy food, yoga, and resting completely surrounded in nature, shared with a circle of like-minded women—was a deeply healing and unforgettable experience. It was pure magic. My confidence returned, my joy expanded, and my passion for life was reignited. I can honestly say I reclaimed my power and endlessly grateful for the space SwellWomen and Lulu have created—it’s something I will carry with me always.
