The experience was so well thought out and curated. I felt both very engaged and relaxed. The location was really beautiful and I would have stayed a few extra days if I could have! Such an amazing group of women, from all walks of life. I loved making the new connections and learning about one another and myself as well. Time and money SO well spent!

A soul-stirring experience I'll carry forever! El Salvador delivered everything — and then some. SwellWomen created the kind of retreat that resets you from the inside out. Between sacred energy healing sessions, daily yoga, and some of the most consistent, beautiful waves I've ever surfed, every single day felt like a gift. SwellWomen partnered with Puro Surf's academy in El Zonte. The instructors were genuinely next-level — talented, encouraging, and so clearly in love with what they do. We had our pick of breaks, and each session in the water felt both exhilarating and deeply nourishing. But honestly? It's the humans that made this trip. The women I shared this space with — the meals, the waves, the laughter, the vulnerability — I am so deeply grateful for each one of them. There's something powerful about being in the ocean with a group of women who show up fully for themselves and for each other. I left with salt in my hair, joy in my chest, and a full heart. I came to SwellWomen for the first time with a packed mind and zero expectations — I just needed someone to handle the details. I wanted to surf and wasn't expecting to do much more outside of surfing. But Lulu gave me that and so much more. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease. Everything was thoughtfully organized, and I never once had to wonder what was next or stress about logistics. I felt empowered to focus on myself and what I wanted to gain from the week.
